Will has many years experience as an Agricultural Valuer and Chartered Surveyor having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at the College of Estate Management 1978, becoming a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers also in that year and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992.

WJA Rural Practice Limited provides advice on sales and valuations of rural properties; planning and development issues; farm management, to include assistance under the Single Payment and associated Environmental Schemes;  quasi – legal, practical advice to both landlords and tenants under the Agricultural Holdings and the Agricultural Tenancies legislation with rent reviews and tenant right valuations.

Will is supported by a small and loyal team. Ali Abbott runs and manages the offices of WJA Rural Practice Limited.  Ali has over ten years experience within the industry coupled with wide ranging PA knowledge in both the public and rural sectors. Angélique Bull operates the agency department andhas worked mainly in Residential Estate Agency and Rural Practice since leaving Henley College in 1988.

The Accounts Department is run by Clare Barker, who is a dairy farmer’s wife from Winslow.  Clare is self-employed, working for a number of farms in the area.  Clare is also a passionate supporter of Northampton Saints.read more →
